It is a lot simpler to explain what a back bet is compared to that of a lay bet.
What is a Back Bet?
You will be used to what a back bet is because it is what we consider to be a normal bet.
A back bet is where you bet that something will happen.
For example, that I bet that Manchester United will win.
If Manchester United does win, you will win the bet and the winnings.
Alternatively, if Manchester United draw or lose, you will lose your stake.
You can place a back bet at any traditional bookmakers, such as William Hill, Coral, Labrokes, etc.
